Job summary

Royal American is seeking a PROJECT ENGINEER QC SPECIALIST for Citadelle Village in Miami, FL. The role supports the Project Manager and Superintendent with scheduling, cost engineering, and subcontract coordination on a multifamily project valued at multiple millions.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Procore and Primavera P-6 experience, along with strong Microsoft Office proficiency; prior field/office exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management/engineering or a construction management certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role with a general contractor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with daily duties and operational activities.
• Attend job site meetings; take detailed meeting minutes and distribute to subcontractors, clients, and city officials.
• Certify, review, expedite, and track RFIs and submittals; maintain project documents.
• Review plans and specs; ensure compliance and manage documentation in Procore.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Procore Schedule.
• Coordinate plan submittals with the building department and track permit approvals.
