Job summary

Venture General Contracting in Seattle is seeking a Project Engineer to support contract administration and planning on its construction projects. The PE acts as a liaison between design and field teams to ensure technical work plans and submittals are developed and executed.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 2 years in construction management, plus working knowledge of Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction management role or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Procore or equivalent and Bluebeam.
• Ability to independently manage multiple subcontractor scopes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of contract requirements and plan, organize, and control specific elements of the project.
• Serve as liaison between design and field teams.
• Develop and manage technical work plans, submittals, and quality assurance plans.

Education
