W.G. Tomko, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to work closely with the Project Manager to plan and coordinate designated construction projects. This role ensures work aligns with specifications and is completed within the set timeframe.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and 2+ years of experience, along with strong communication skills and ability to oversee project tasks and staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical or civil engineering.
• At least 2 years of construction project experience.
• Knowledge of construction plans and specifications.
• Ability to supervise projects and assign tasks to staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist project manager in planning and coordinating project activities to meet time frames and specifications.
• Review proposals and plans with project team to determine time frames and staffing needs.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and schedules for project components.
• Coordinate with Pre-Construction and project teams to implement work plans.
• Monitor schedules and budgets, update reports, and adjust plans as needed.
• Support change order processing and closeout meetings.
