Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in reviewing proposals and plans to determine time frames and resources.
• Distribute paperwork to appropriate personnel and set up the project in Pre-Construction.
• Prepare job cost breakdown sheets and schedule of values.
• Devise project work plans, duties and overall scope of authority with the PM.
• Coordinate/monitor activities to ensure overall quality of work.
• Review status reports and modify schedules/budgets as required.
• Attend close out meetings and assist with change orders when needed.
