PULLMAN Seattle is seeking a Project Engineer for our Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program. This in-office role supports commercial repair, facade restoration and historical restoration projects, with mentorship and hands-on development.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, have internship experience, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• GPA 2.8 or higher.
• At least one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.

• Scheduling and production rate tracking for projects.
