The role emphasizes in-field learning through the PECD program, aiming to develop future leaders in project management, estimating, and construction management.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with a GPA of 2.8+, and have at least one relevant internship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree- preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study.
• Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher.
• A minimum of one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.
