HGC Construction is seeking a Project Engineer who takes pride in organization, collaboration, and building projects the right way. You’ll support planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish, working closely with Project Managers, superintendents, and trade partners to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–4 years of construction project management experience (co-ops/internships included).
• Proficiency in MS Project or Procore.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with planning and overseeing construction projects.
• Monitor schedules and budgets to support on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and teams.
• Support site activities ensuring safety, quality, and specs.
• Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and change orders.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.
• Maintain project documentation and meeting minutes.
• Assist in identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
