Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least five years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Experience with residential construction in New York City or the US is desirable.
• Knowledge of NYC building regulations and OSHA standards is advantageous.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee on-site civil engineering activities for the residential development.
• Review drawings and plans to ensure correct on-site implementation.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code, DOB regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor schedules, resources, and budgets and support corrective action.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and site personnel.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
