Job summary

Corvias Group LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. You will partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, and budget adherence, while aligning with Corvias standards and contract requirements.

The role links fieldwork with design and project management, handling documentation, cost tracking, and cross-disciplinary communication throughout the construction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction experience; commercial or multi-family preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, building systems, and coordination across trades.
• OSHA standards knowledge; quality control and safety practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Timberline/Sage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license; ability to support multiple project sites.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in day-to-day project execution and coordination.
• Assist with planning activities including scheduling, phasing, scopes of work, estimating support, and budget tracking.
• Participate in plan reviews, constructability reviews, and value engineering.
• Track project costs, assemble financial data, and support change management and documentation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, logs, and as-built records.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination, bid package development, buyout support, and contract administration.
• Promote and enforce safety standards; maintain required safety documentation.
• Coordinate inspections and testing; ensure work complies with drawings and codes.
• Communicate schedule, cost, safety, and quality issues to leadership promptly.
• Support project closeout, turnover documentation, and warranty-related activities.
