Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects at multiple sites, including Fort Riley. You will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget results while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and codes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of construction experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of construction experience preferred; commercial or multi-family experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards, quality control, and basic construction safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in day-to-day project execution and coordination.
• Assist with project planning activities including scheduling, phasing, scopes of work, estimating support, and budget tracking.
• Participate in plan reviews, constructability reviews, and value engineering efforts.
• Track project costs, assemble financial data, and support change management and documentation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, logs, and as-built records.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination, bid package development, buyout support, and contract administration.
• Promote and enforce Corvias' Zero Tolerance Safety Standard; maintain required safety documentation.
• Coordinate inspections and testing; ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Communicate schedule, cost, safety, and quality issues to project leadership in a timely manner.
• Support project closeout, turnover documentation, and warranty-related activities.
• Other duties as assigned
