Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0–4 years of experience in construction engineering or project engineering.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the successful delivery of construction projects independently with working knowledge around project activities.
• Collaborates with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Monitors progress, identifies routine and non-routine issues, and recommends solutions.
• Enhances team performance by sharing general project knowledge and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assists in reviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals.
• Maintains regular field presence to support safe work execution and engages in safety planning and controls.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation, including progress reports and technical records.
