Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
• Enrolled in an accredited college with at least one class in the upcoming term.
• Strong communication skills and professional conduct.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support project management with subcontractor and supplier coordination.
• Assist with material tracking, file management, and document control (submittals, RFIs, change orders).
• Lear n estimating, schedule planning, project controls, and reporting.
• Develop understanding of construction plans and site activities.
• Interact professionally with clients, managers, and employees.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
