Ryan Companies invites motivated students to join as a Project Engineer Intern in Minneapolis on-site, with summer or co-op openings for 2027. You will learn budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, change orders, and gain exposure to job-site coordination, scheduling, and safety.

Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s in construction engineering/management, within 18 months of graduation, and able to work 40 hours/week for at least three months.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management or closely related field and within 18 months of graduating.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for at least a three-month term.

Responsibilities

• Gain a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
• Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.
