As a Construction Project Engineer Intern, you will support the Development team in managing various aspects of the construction process, including project coordination, field observations, scheduling, estimating, and construction analytics.
You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects across a variety of real estate product types, gaining exposure to all phases of development and construction. Interns interact with professionals across the Transactions, Development, Asset Management, Land, and Finance teams while also collaborating with third‑party architects, engineers, contractors, and trade partners.
This role provides firsthand exposure to institutional real estate development, construction management, investment strategy, and industry-leading market participants throughout the country.
