As a Research Analyst Intern, you will support the Research team by conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing insights that inform commercial real estate investment and portfolio decisions.
You will gain hands‑on experience in applied quantitative research, statistical analysis, market forecasting, and portfolio analytics. Your work will help Property Reserve evaluate market trends, measure portfolio performance, assess risk and diversification, and identify signals that may influence future investment decisions.
Like other interns across Property Reserve, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that support multiple aspects of the investment process and interact with professionals across functions such as Transactions, Asset Management, Land, Development, and Finance. This position is designed for students who want to apply strong analytical and quantitative skills in a collaborative, real‑world commercial real estate investment environment.
