Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a similar program.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to take initiative and contribute to project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in projects to ensure on-schedule and on/under-budget delivery.
• Assist in writing and negotiating contracts and change orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project partners.
• Contribute to development and management of production schedules.
• Support the project team in delivering a final product that delights clients.
• Learn and implement best practices in the construction industry through real-world challenges.
