Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: Assists in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.
• Engineering Support: Performs technical calculations, analyses, and evaluations related to construction materials, methods, and specifications.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Monitors activities to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Cost Control and Budget: Assists in monitoring project costs and expenditures against approved budgets.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicates effectively with project team members, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Client Network: Builds and maintains client network by taking advantage of client events, industry conferences, local associations, and Project Manager mentorship.
