Job summary

O'Brien Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to support project execution from pre-construction to completion. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes safety, team collaboration, and opportunities to rotate through Assistant Superintendent, Assistant Estimator, and Assistant Project Manager tracks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Strong safety focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Manage document control, including submittals and RFIs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely material deliveries.
• Assist with estimating extra work and expediting tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project challenges and support team collaboration.
