Job summary

The Project Engineer position in Nashua, NH supports preconstruction and construction teams with estimating, project documentation, material procurement, and material selection. This role will assist with pre-job planning, project execution, and successful project close-out.

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent work-related experience.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and construction standards.
Experience with construction administration, proposals, estimates, submittals, timesheets, and project standards preferred.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the company’s core values.
Interact directly with suppliers and vendors.
Review project specifications and interpret construction drawings.
Assist with the preparation of estimates and proposals.
Attend project walk-throughs.
Support material procurement and selection.
Maintain construction documents, including turnover books, maintenance manuals, and as-built drawings.
Follow company construction standards and manuals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
