You will work with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget, with a path to transition into a Project Manager role in 1–4 years.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning construction projects with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate review, approval, and distribution of project documents.
• Assist procurement, including long lead times and owner-supplied equipment.
• Coordinate with government/municipal agencies for permits and approvals.
• Organize meetings (pre-construction, subcontractor, OAC, city) and minutes.
• Support pre-construction and estimating with value engineering and logistics.
• Assist with buy-out processes and closeout activities (O&M packages).
• Ensure work complies with plans, specs, and codes.
