Our Project Engineers will build experience across multiple competencies before being promoted into the career path they desire – project management, estimating, construction management and more.

About The Team

Our STRUCTURAL Baton Rouge office is located in Geismar, LA and is primarily an in-office position. This team focuses on technical civil-related projects, often critical to the stability and sustainability of built structures within industrial and power generation spaces.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study
  • Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher
  • A minimum of one relevant internship experience

  • Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
  • Aptitude for solving problems
