STRUCTURAL Baton Rouge is seeking a Project Engineer for our Career Development (PECD) program. You will gain hands-on experience in scheduling, estimating, safety, and quality control while supporting projects in an in-office environment with field exposure.
The role focuses on mentoring, competency development, and progression into leadership paths such as project management and estimating. A strong problem-solver with communication and organizational skills will thrive.

Our STRUCTURAL Baton Rouge office is located in Geismar, LA and is primarily an in-office position. This team focuses on technical civil-related projects, often critical to the stability and sustainability of built structures within industrial and power generation spaces.
