Job summary

Lucile Packard Childrens Hospital Stanford is seeking a Project Engineer to manage document control and distribution for the Planning, Design & Construction Department. You will coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal staff from planning through project completion, helping develop detailed plans and budgets.

Responsibilities include scheduling, meeting facilitation, and ensuring accuracy of project documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• No licensure/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supports project managers and project teams with creating, tracking, and updating design and construction schedules.
• Prepares meeting agendas and distributes minutes; verifies project-related documentation.
• Scans, distributes, and files documents including designs, drawings, specs, estimates, and correspondence.
• Ensures document control and distribution systems are organized, accurate, and complete.
• Maintains communications with construction and contractor management teams.
• Reviews pay applications, change orders, and other construction documents.
• Performs other project engineering and project management duties as needed.
