Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to access construction sites in varied climates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost control system operations and analyze construction costs.
• Participate in monthly forecasting of revenue and cost accruals.
• Prepare monthly pay estimates from data collected.
• Process and estimate change orders and RFIs as directed by Project Manager.
• Coordinate and schedule shop drawings and submittals.
• Maintain records of submittals, approvals, and communications.
