Project Engineer-Heavy Civil Construction

A premier heavy civil construction company is actively seeking to add a Project Engineer to the staff for a full-time permanent staff role, competitive compensation package, PTO, 401k match and more.

Qualifications

• ~ Four (4) or more years of heavy civil construction experience utilizing technical skills to see a project through
• Understands means and methods for heavy civil construction projects: (i.e., highways, roads, bridges, sitework, industrial buildings, wastewater facilities, water treatment plants, foundations, marine construction)
• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) a plus
• HCSS Heavy Construction Software experience
• Bluebeam software experience
• Computer proficient
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Must possess effective communication skills written, electronic and verbal
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and related programs
