As a Project Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of the project team, supporting the documentation, coordination, communication, and closeout activities necessary to successfully deliver our projects.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents while interacting with subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and other project partners.
This is a hands‑on opportunity to learn how multifamily projects are managed while developing the technical and leadership skills needed to advance within construction management.
$05,000 base salary plus $7,500 bonus
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits are available to eligible full‑time employees, effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Employees accrue 120 hours (3 weeks) of PTO annually, increasing to 160 hours (4 weeks) after five years of continuous employment.
Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with California law and Company policy, with accrual beginning on your first day of employment.
Ironcore provides eligible full‑time employees with long‑term disability coverage at no cost to the employee, providing income replacement equal to 60% of eligible earnings, subject to the terms of the plan.
Eligible full‑time employees receive $10,000 in Company‑paid basic life insurance coverage.
Eligible positions may include performance and/or project‑based bonus opportunities based on the terms of the position.
Position‑specific vehicle and phone allowances may be provided based on project responsibilities and the terms of the position.
