BUILD HOMES. CREATE COMMUNITY. BUILD YOUR CAREER.
Ironcore Construction is growing—and we're looking for a Multifamily Construction Superintendent who wants more than just another project.
We're looking for a builder, problem-solver, and leader who takes ownership, brings teams together, and wants to help deliver multifamily communities that make a lasting impact across California.
If you know multifamily construction and want the opportunity to work alongside an experienced construction leadership team while taking real ownership of your projects, we want to meet you.
Ironcore Construction is a California general contractor and full-service construction and development company with a strong specialization in multifamily and affordable housing.
Throughout their careers, members of the Ironcore team have completed 150+ major construction, renovation, addition, and conversion projects representing more than $1.5 billion in construction value.
Our mission goes beyond constructing buildings. We strive to be a leader in our industry, deliver exceptional service to our clients, and add value to communities through our commitment to affordable housing.
Our culture is built around six core values:
Integrity | Vision | People | Safety | Innovation | Continuous Improvement
At Ironcore, our philosophy is simple:
Building Homes. Creating Community.
As a Multifamily Construction Superintendent, you'll take a leadership role in the successful delivery of multifamily construction projects from planning through completion.
You'll partner directly with Project Executives, Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to drive the budget, schedule, quality, safety, and overall success of your projects.
