Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• PE license or eligible to obtain within 12 months.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Land Development.
• Experience leading multiple projects and managing time.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficient with earthwork analysis and storm-water design.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Detail oriented with professional communication and teamwork.
• Self-starter able to work independently or in a team.
• Goal-oriented with attention to detail.
