Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers and field teams to support day-to-day construction activities.
• Coordinate project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, drawings, and change orders.
• Assist with project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor coordination.
• Support quality control efforts to ensure projects meet expectations.
• Conduct job site walks to monitor progress and promote safe working conditions.
• Help track project costs, maintain reports, and organize closeout documentation.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, architects, and other project partners.

Even better if you have:

• Experience reading construction drawings and contract documents.
• Knowledge of construction estimating and cost control.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000–$72,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
