Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• ERP experience required; construction-focused systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Support project setup, billing, change orders, and job-cost reporting.
• Review revenue, costs, margins, and project variances.
• Assist with percentage-of-completion accounting, WIP reporting, and month-end close.
• Partner with project managers and operations to ensure accurate project financials.
• Help improve job-cost processes and reporting.
