Job summary

Gray West Construction Inc. in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our Project Services team on a hybrid schedule.

You will coordinate specific aspects of construction projects and internal operations to support project delivery. The ideal candidate is proficient with Procore, DocuSign, Levelset, and Sage 300 CRE or similar systems, with strong Microsoft Office skills and 2–4 years in construction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or certificate in Construction Management preferred.
• 2–4 years of construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Procore, DocuSign and Sage 300 CRE highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontracts, insurance, licenses, and releases.
• Prepare and process routine correspondence and records.
• Set up and maintain Procore Home Page and project directories.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and facility logistics.
• Assist project managers and superintendents with tasks as needed.
