Job summary

Grunley Construction Company, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Washington, DC, responsible for coordinating construction and administrative duties in support of the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of construction experience and familiarity with project management software.

This role offers a benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $115,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of construction experience required.
• Working knowledge of construction project management software.
• Strong understanding of construction management practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction and administrative duties in support of the Project Manager.
• Manage flow of information between field, office, senior management, and customer.
• Work with PM on developing and monitoring project schedule.
