Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with follow-through.
• Willingness to learn JobTread, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, coachable and able to work independently or with a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to sites.
• Ability to work on active job sites and withstand varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and maintaining project schedules, task lists, and documentation in JobTread.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding timelines, deliveries, quotes, and documents.
• Participate in site visits and inspections and maintain daily logs, photos, and progress updates.
• Support completion of punch lists, closeout documents, and client communications.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs using project plans and specifications.
• Request, collect, and organize subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Help prepare project estimates and maintain current material pricing.
• Assist with developing scopes of work, proposals, and presentation materials.
• Support lead intake, follow‑up, and organization of the sales pipeline.
• Attend networking and community events with team members.
• Help collect client reviews, referrals, and testimonials.
