Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a construction-related field or equivalent construction industry experience.
• 2+ years of commercial construction project coordination experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience managing construction documents (RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes).
• Familiarity with project management processes and contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in administration and execution of commercial projects from award through closeout.
• Coordinate project startup activities: document setup, contract distribution, permit tracking, stakeholder communications.
• Maintain project files, records, and correspondence per company standards.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, logs, and milestone tracking reports.
• Facilitate communication among owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and distribute follow-up items.
• Manage routing, tracking, and distribution of project documents (RFIs, submittals, drawings, change orders).
• Monitor document turnaround times and ensure timely responses.
