Responsibilities include planning, coordinating with architects and contractors, monitoring progress, managing budgets, enforcing safety protocols, communicating with clients, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction management or related role.
• Proven track record of successful project management within the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving project goals.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using project management software such as AutoCAD or Procore.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, schematics.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to develop project plans and schedules.
• Monitor progress and quality of work on site to ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.
• Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and oversee implementation of safety protocols on site.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate progress, identify risks, and ensure quality control.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies needed for projects.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members such as assistant project managers or construction coordinators.
