Job summary

The Boldt Company – Southern Operations in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Project Coordinator II to keep construction projects running smoothly. You will work daily with Project Managers, Estimators, field teams, subs, suppliers, and customers to maintain alignment and progress.

You will own day‑to‑day coordination and admin tasks—AP, payroll, job setup, billing support—and maintain meticulous project files and controls that support safety, quality, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of construction or construction accounting experience.
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures and construction project documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft O365.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across project teams and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with Project Managers, Estimators, field teams, subs, suppliers, and customers to keep work moving.
• Own project coordination and admin tasks: manage AP, payroll, job setup, and billing support.
• Maintain clean project files and system entries, supporting safety, quality, cost/commitment reporting, equipment rentals, document control, and procurement processes.
• Compile and share information with vendors and internal partners; help PMs track and bill extra work.
• Keep details organized and accurate, especially when priorities shift and multiple tasks hit at once.
