• Assist with constructability reviews.
• Attend preconstruction meetings with subs.
• Assist with project close-out.
• Coordinate punch list items.
• Assist estimating and bid tracking.
• Maintain site logistics plan.
• Assist change management and IOCC.
• Review RFIs and submittals under supervision.
• Document project technical, financial, and personnel aspects.
• Assist permit process management.
