Pauley Construction, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Project Coordinator to support project teams with documentation, scheduling, and field coordination. The hourly wage ranges from $22.00 to $25.00, with opportunities for growth and hands-on training in utility infrastructure projects.

You’ll work under a Senior Coordinator or Manager, prepare meeting minutes, track progress, interface with subcontractors, and help ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Experience reading construction plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Work with the Project Manager to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Read construction plans to support project execution.
• Develop and maintain project trackers and schedules.
• Interface with subcontractors and vendors; support closeout packages.
• Provide administrative support and maintain document control.
• Assist with site visits and field data collection as required.
