Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; construction management or civil engineering degree preferred.
• Technical, mechanical, electrical, and communication knowledge preferred.
• Basic knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
• Ability to complete projects on scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with managing all functions of assigned projects at pre-, during, and post-construction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owner, architect, construction manager, and subcontractors to optimize project flow.
• Coordinate and communicate project status; prepare monthly owner project update reports.
• Monitor three-week schedule and daily crew production goals.
• Ensure tools/equipment are maintained and paperwork is completed accurately.
• Assist with change orders and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
