Join our talented team to support highway project field inspections and oversite, working alongside an established team to expand our presence throughout the Florida Panhandle. Inspect construction on highway and transportation projects to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications. Document the day‑to‑day field and inspection activities, material sampling and testing, and measuring of quantities. Prepare for and assist with pre‑construction meetings, progress, and conflict resolution meetings, negotiate and prepare construction change orders. Interact and communicate with clients, contractors, and other SEH personnel. Candidates with skills in AutoCAD or Microstation will participate in production activities while in the office. May assist in development of proposals, estimating project budgets and schedules and completing constructability reviews.
Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $50 and $55 per hour based on skill set and experience.
