TelCom Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the management team in organizing projects and maintaining efficiency. This role supports various project-related tasks to ensure timely, accurate production and billing.

The candidate will maintain project files, set up new projects, track changes, and coordinate documentation for closeout, while traveling as needed and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in an industry related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math and data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and updates project documentation.
• Performs various program tasks as assigned by project leadership.
• Develops and maintains effective project files (physical and/or electronic).
• Sets up new projects.
• Tracks project changes and scheduling delays as requested.
• Prepares final closeout package and submits to customer in a timely fashion.
