Qualifications

• Internships or 1-2 years of project experience administrative experience in construction or real estate development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process of tracking and organizing project-related information.
• Act as point of contact with internal transaction team, customers, vendors, and general contractors.
• Coordinate department's needs and meeting schedules.
• Compose routine correspondence for the department.
• Document progress while walking construction sites.
• Organize maintaining of files and manage transfers.
• Oversee internal fee invoicing and payments.
