Qualifications
Internships or 1-2 years of project experience administrative experience in construction or real estate development is preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead the process of tracking and organizing project-related information.
Act as point of contact with internal transaction team, customers, vendors, and general contractors.
Coordinate department's needs and meeting schedules.
Compose routine correspondence for the department.
Document progress while walking construction sites.
Organize maintaining of files and manage transfers.
Oversee internal fee invoicing and payments.
