Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support billing, contracts, and project setup within a fast-paced construction office.

You will prepare invoices, review contracts, set up new jobs in the PM system with budget and milestones, and assist with AP/AR and admin duties while collaborating with project managers and the accounting team to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or construction billing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); construction software experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with construction industry processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate project invoices, including change orders.
• Support contract review and compliance tracking.
• Set up new jobs in the project management system with accurate budget and milestone inputs.
• Assist with reports, documentation, AP/AR, and general administrative duties.
• Work closely with project managers and the accounting team.
