The Construction Project Coordinator will work as a liaison between internal and external customers to identify project requirements and specifications, as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized, and possess outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure clear and efficient communication with customers and project stakeholders
- Oversee daily project activities, monitor status, conduct audits, and track work-in-progress
- Create preliminary estimates using estimating software
- Review and validate job site documentation
- Collaborate closely with Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Technicians to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from start to finish
- Assist and collaborate with other departments as needed
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
- Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This role is primarily sedentary in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing may be required, involving lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
