Job summary

Circle K is seeking a construction project professional to lead tenant improvement projects at retail locations in San Antonio, TX. You will develop specifications, coordinate resources, and manage contractors to meet construction schedules and budget goals.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience (PMP optional) and strong communication skills. Travel is expected on short notice, with responsibilities across multiple stores and ongoing performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience or PMP certification.
• 1–3 years of experience in tenant improvement construction in retail environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills needed.
• Must be able to travel on short notice or extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve ideal plan specs with project team.
• Plan construction requirements by deploying resources and coordinating development info.
• Meet schedules by hiring and managing contractors and reporting progress.
• Support budget prep, scheduling expenditures and invoice approvals.
• Visit stores weekly as instructed by the supervisor.
• Document actions and communicate issues to management.
• Seek efficiencies and contribute to long-term strategy.
