Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an architect/engineer to analyze drawings, conduct on-site condition assessments, and prepare material quantities for procurement. You will coordinate permit/bidding sets and assemble construction bidding packages, manage payments to vendors, and produce refrigeration and equipment packages and CAD/millwork drawings.

The role requires a Bachelor's in architecture/engineering, 2-5 years in AEC, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit/Adobe Creative Suite/Microsoft Office, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of full-time experience in AEC industries.
• Eligibility for legal employment in the US.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage a project schedule and documents from design through construction.
• Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.

Responsibilities
