• Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and successful project delivery
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders, including clients and senior management
- Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues

Requirements:

• Coordinate and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
