ARCO National Construction Company in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Project Coordinator to join our team. You will support the project management team, coordinate multiple ongoing projects, and help with preconstruction activities, bids, and closeouts.

Procore experience is a plus, with a strong emphasis on communication and documentation across departments. Ideal candidates have 3–10+ years in construction administration, are proactive, and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-10+ years of construction administration experience preferred.
• Must be proactive, internally motivated, team oriented, and adaptable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support the project management team to ensure timely, professional communication between customers, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Coordinate and administer multiple ongoing projects, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining project documents.
• Assist in preconstruction activities, including setting up the project materials, reporting, and scopes of work.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare submittals, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements; ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain project directory and project files within Procore.
• Create and process subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders in Viewpoint.
• Track subcontractor insurance certificates and compliance items.
• Assist with bids and closeout documents as needed.
• Provide support for executives’ travel, expenses, and scheduling.
