Clear Destination Inc. in Chantilly, VA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager on construction projects. You will assist in contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling to ensure quality and profitability while upholding safety standards.

This role emphasizes collaboration, budgeting, preconstruction coordination, and close-out activities, with opportunities to develop leadership and project controls skills on diverse projects.

Competenze

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience depending on project size and complexity.
• Strong presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC and company tools (email, internet, Word, Excel).

Mansioni

• Assist Project Manager with resources: people, tools, equipment, materials, and internal services.
• Support preconstruction services: costs, schedules, budgets, bid packages, and subcontract scopes of work.
• Assist in creating and managing project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure subcontractors and suppliers provide required paperwork on time.
• Support project close-out activities and financial reconciliations.
• Promote safety, quality, and adherence to contract requirements.
