The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management and 5-10 years of commercial construction experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this position, along with a solid understanding of industry practices.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience as a Construction Program Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute program cost projections and forecasting.
• Oversee program general conditions and manage project cash flow.
• Lead the accounting team for timely owner billing.
• Manage the check selection process.
• Lead change management team to ensure compliance.
• Develop reporting to monitor change management backlog.
• Implement scheduling processes and procedures.
• Conduct time impact analysis and oversee schedule reviews.
• Oversee document control processes.
• Integrate Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) processes.
• Monitor processes for workflows like RFIs and Material Status.
• Adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
